Florence “Betty” Peasgood, age 89 of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away on February 24, 2013 at William Beaumont Hospital, Troy, Michigan. She was born on May 16, 1923 in Detroit, Michigan.
Florence is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
She was a former Executive Secretary for Michigan Consolidated Gas Company. She enjoyed gardening and sewing.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Feb. 28th from 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm, the Funeral Service will be on Friday, March 1st at 11:00 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 23919 John R. Road, Hazel Park, Michigan. Burial will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Detroit, Michigan.
